Agreement
These terms govern use of Social Doko. By creating an account or using the website, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
The service
Social Doko is a web workspace at socialdoko.com. Businesses use it to connect social accounts, schedule and publish posts and videos, manage inbox conversations, and run AI agents that write and design content. The service is operated by Elido Technology.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when you create a workspace. You are responsible for activity under your login. Keep your password confidential and tell us if you believe the account is misused. Workspace admins control who can connect social accounts and publish.
Connecting TikTok and other networks
When you connect TikTok, you authorize Social Doko to receive your TikTok account identity and to publish videos you create or schedule in the workspace. You can disconnect TikTok at any time in Channels, or revoke access in TikTok settings. You must have the right to manage the TikTok account you connect. The same applies to Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, X, LinkedIn and Gmail when those connections are enabled. A connected Gmail mailbox is read only to show its inbox in Social Doko and to reply in the same thread; you can disconnect it in Channels or remove Social Doko in your Google account permissions.
Content you publish
You own the content you upload or generate in Social Doko. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and send that content to the networks you connect, including TikTok, so we can provide the service. You are responsible for captions, videos, images, music, and claims in posts you publish. Content must follow TikTok's Community Guidelines and Music Usage Confirmation, and the rules of every other network you use.
Acceptable use
Do not use Social Doko to spam, impersonate others, publish illegal or adult content, violate platform rules, probe or disrupt the service, or attempt to access another workspace. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or that a connected network flags.
Fees
Paid plans, if offered, are described on the pricing page. New subscriptions may be paused while the product is on a wait-list. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law.
Third-party services
TikTok, Meta, Google and other networks are independent services. Their terms apply to content you publish there. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account actions those networks take.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a specific publishing time, or that a network will accept a post. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Elido Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, or lost-profit damages, or for content you choose to publish.
Termination
You may stop using Social Doko and disconnect social accounts at any time. We may suspend or close a workspace that violates these terms. After termination we delete or anonymise credentials we no longer need, except records we must keep for law, billing, or security.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
