Question 1

What is Social Doko?

Accepted Answer

Social Doko is a social media automation tool with News, Content, Festival, and Voice Agent. Say Hey Social Doko and Voice Agent can act across the account — posts, inbox, calendar, Poster Gen, Image Gen, Video Gen, and settings. Voice Agent, Poster Gen, and the posting agents share one monthly AI-credit pool. Image Gen and Video Gen are on the Pro pack. Agents write, design, and publish at the times you set, with one inbox for all accounts.

Question 2

What do News, Content, Festival, and Voice Agent do?

Accepted Answer

News Agent can post from your own news website, from latest internet news, or a mix of both. It writes in the Page language and always posts with a photograph. Content Agent studies the connected Page — bio, cover, website, and past posts — then writes a new commercial poster and caption. Festival Agent posts a greeting for Nepal and global observance days, with a designed poster and the date kept off the image. Voice Agent is different: say Hey Social Doko and it can act across the account — posts, inbox, calendar, Poster Gen, Video Gen, agents, and settings. You confirm before anything goes live. Voice Agent, Poster Gen, Video Gen, and the posting agents all draw from one monthly AI-credit pool.

Question 3

What do AI credits cover?

Accepted Answer

Each pack has one monthly AI-credit pool. Voice Agent, Poster Gen, News, Content, Festival, Messages, and Comments spend from it. Image Gen and Video Gen are on the Pro pack and use the same bill. When credits run out, generation stops until next month — or contact Social Doko for Pro or Growth.

Question 4

What are Poster Gen, Image Gen, and Video Gen?

Accepted Answer

Poster Gen designs a commercial poster with your offer, logo, and Page look. It is on every pack and spends AI credits. Image Gen makes a photograph or artwork from a prompt. Video Gen makes a short video from a prompt, a photo, or an avatar. Image Gen and Video Gen are on the Pro pack. They use the same monthly AI-credit bill as the agents.

Question 5

What is Doko Boost?

Accepted Answer

Doko Boost shows a Facebook Page post to more real people through Meta's own ads, and you pay in Nepali rupees from your Boost balance: no ad account or dollar card needed. Choose a goal — reach, engagement, WhatsApp or Messenger chats, website visits or calls — who should see it, the daily budget and the days. The budget is held when you boost; when the boost ends you pay only what Meta spent, and the rest comes back to your balance. It is on every plan.

Question 6

What is Doko SMS?

Accepted Answer

Doko SMS sends bulk text messages to Nepal mobile numbers from your dashboard, in English or Nepali, with a delivery report for every number. Starter includes 500 SMS credits a month, Pro 1,000, Growth 2,000 and News Agency 200, and you can request more from the Doko SMS page.

Question 7

Can News Agent post from our own news website?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on every plan. In Automations choose Use my website, paste the site address, and optionally mix posts from your website with latest internet news. News Agent reads recent unused stories from that site and posts them to the connected Page. Those posts use AI credits from the same monthly pool.

Question 8

Which networks can I connect?

Accepted Answer

Starter can connect 4 social accounts. Pro and Growth include more. Extra networks will be available sooner. News, Content, Festival, and Voice Agent run on the accounts you connect. Poster Gen is on every pack. Image Gen and Video Gen are on Pro. One inbox collects every reply.

Question 9

Does the AI post or reply on its own?

Accepted Answer

Yes, when you turn agents on. They prepare before the time you set, then publish at that clock time — not in an all-day catch-up. A separate AI agent can auto-reply to messages and comments after you train it. The workspace sends on the accounts you connected.

Question 10

Can more than one person use one login?

Accepted Answer

Each login is one account. You connect your social media, run the agents, and spend from one AI-credit pool. Contact Social Doko if you need Pro, Growth, or extra help.

Question 11

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

Start free with a Gmail address: publish, schedule, edit videos and answer messages in one inbox. For the AI agents, AI replies and Doko SMS, choose Starter online, or contact Social Doko for Pro or Growth.

Question 12

How can I contact support?

Accepted Answer
